My client is looking for a strong integration manager to join their project working 4 months in Paris and 4 months in French Polynesia (Oceania). Your role will be integration of the following items for the Information System
1.Billing and CRM tool
2.Rating/ Charging with a prepaid and postpaid subscribers
3.Provisionning
4.Roaming
The Integration Manager is responsible for the integration and the validation of the solution on the testbed and on the production platform of our customer and will also be in charge of third-party management.
The role will be to support the project manager on all the technical aspects and the integration manager is also the main contact of
•The customer for technical questions during the delivery.
•The suppliers during the pre-integration and integration phases
The Integration manager is accountable for the quality of the deliverables and in charge of fault troubleshooting, performance and configuration management.
REQUIREMENTS
•Proven experience in providing technical solutions to a wide set of requirements/ problems
•Strong analytical abilities (protocol analysis, problem solving), able to conceptualize a technical solution from high level business requirements
•Strong knowledge of GSM/ GPRS network
•knowledge of database products such as mySQL
•Knowledge of charging and rating service logic (for pre-paid and postpaid), as IN PPS knowledge
•Understanding of Linux package environment, package life-cycle management, creation of install / uninstall scripts (Linux administration level)
•Tools : Wireshark, Clearcase, Subversion, UNIX System tools
•Test strategy, planning, preparation & execution (from requirements)
•Ability to work across multiple teams
•Process integration know-how
•Fluent English and Fluent French
•Knowledge of billing and ticketing analysis would be a plus
•Knowledge of Customer Care tool and GUI would be a plus.
