This company is extremely well established in over 19 countries worldwide and they have been based in Dubai, UAE for over 10 years. They are one of the worlds biggest contractor/ consultancies and they now have a staff of over 450 people in the United Arab Emirates. This company now require a Senior Planner for their office based in Dubai, UAE.


<b><u>The Role of Senior Planner</ b></ u>

This prestigious Construction contractor/ consultancy is looking for a Senior Planner to work on a new build Construction project in Dubai, UAE. This project is a Large Hotel which is going to site within the next 3 weeks so this company urgently requires a Senior Planner.

<b>Duties will include:</ b>

- Compiling submissions to funders committee
- Completion of monthly reporting dashboard and preparation of documentation required for Formal Management Meeting to tight time lines and changing requirements to reflect the requirements of the programme.
- Production of financial reporting information for both project and corporate budgets, production of the budget tracking documentation (‘Blue Sheet'), generation of variance analysis and submission of accruals data.
- Contract Management and administration.

<b>Key attributes:</ b>

As a Senior Planner you will have 5-7 years experience working on Construction and building projects. A background working on new build hotel projects would be advantageous. You must have good communication skills and you will possess extensive Primavera knowledge. Primavera 5 or 6 is preferred but candidates with earlier versions of Primavera, i.e. P3 will be considered for the project based in Dubai, UAE.


<b><u>The Successful Candidate</ b></ u>

To be successful in this role you will be an experienced Senior Planner and will need to posses the following experience:

- Construction experience within a Blue Chip Contractor/ Consultancy, preferably working on a new build project but this is not essential as long as you have general construction experience
- Experience as a practicing Planner with preferably an engineering background
- Measured and well organised approach
- Confident communication, both in writing and in internal and external presentations
- Confident handler with P5 or P6, Power Project, MS Project or Primavera.


<b><u>In Return</ b></ u>

- Basic salary of up to 50,000AED per month (Dependant on experience)
