Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Hotel New Builds - >£75,000 + bens

A Project Manager / Senior Project Manager is required for the new build of a 5-star Hotel in the heart of London. The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager will need to have a proven record as a Project Manager, ideally with a professional membership and over 15 years of experience within the construction industry.

Location: London City

The Job Role:
As the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the project management of the whole construction cycle, liaising with the client, implementing construction techniques and procedure, as well as the delivery of the finished project.

The project is a circa £70 million new build of a 5 start hotel. As well as this project, there are some other smaller projects within the commercial and retail sectors that you may also be expected to project manage.
