.Net/ SQL Software Engineer - York. I am seeking an experienced .Net SQL Software Engineer for my prestigious client, a leading systems integration solution provider. You will have experience of Dimensional Data Modelling techniques (e.g. Kimball method) with SQL Server 2005 Database Engine and SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services. Be able to extract Transform Load (ETL) techniques with SQL Server 2005 Integration Services. Experienced with Transact-SQL (T-SQL), MDX, SQL Server 2005 Database Engine optimisation techniques, SQL Server 2005 Analysis Services optimisation techniques (i.e. partitioning and aggregation design), SQL Server 2005 Integration Services optimisation techniques, Design and delivery of reports with SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services. Experience in generating RDL files programmatically would be useful. .NET Framework and C# (for CLR stored procedures and functions as well as SSAS stored procedures, SSIS script component, SSRS custom assemblies, etc).
