£50-60k + bonus + corporate benefits
My Client is a leading service provider with global operations based on a converged network that deliver services in 60 countries worldwide.
This business critical position reports at senior level and as such provides an exciting opportunity for an individual to be part of and gain exposure within a fast paced and change driven organisation whose clients include some of the worlds largest and most successful MNC's
In this brand new position you will be responsible for designing and implementing a hosted Genesys platform sitting on top of VoIP technology (including SIP) for a wide range of MNC clients.
Historically you will have been involved with high level design, development and deployment of a SIP enabled Genesys VoIP project(s), and have some experience with PABX e.g. Siemens. Further experience:
1.Detailed design, configuration and integration of Contact Centres using the Genesys software product portfolio
2.Hands on Testing experience
3.Implementing technical documentation
4.Experience in designing robust contact centre solutions for large blue-chip corporate customers.
