Java Developer (J2EE, J2SE, Java, Web Services, XP) sought by leading provider of commercial finance and insurance platforms. You will design, develop and implement new Java J2EE systems and components of their market leading product, enabling bespoke and standardised data integration with clients and partners.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Java developer building dynamic database driven web applications with Java, J2SE and J2EE, experience with database servers such as Oracle 10g / SQL Server, Web Services and SOA, good Unix skills, Linux, Solaris, Apache, XP development methodologies, source code control tools, Deployment / Administration Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere, OO Design and Development using UML. Degree educated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
