Nokia Fault Management Engineer.
Our client a leading multi national telecoms vendor seeks a Fault Management Engineer to work alongside its current work force on this project. You must have Working knowledge of Netact CM/ PM/ FM Tool's, Flexi BTS, Element Manager, 3 to 5 years experience for Fault Management with Nokia Tools, entities (BSC/ BTS) and Processes, Participation in the system upgrades with System maintenance and/ or Configuration Management teams. You also need to Follow up of forwarded or escalated faults on the trouble cases, Strong reporting skills required both for schedules/ ad-hoc reports, Trouble handling reporting under the direction of the Network Operation Centre, Planning of daily activities on network element and on site level: installations, upgrades, expansions etc. Act as the interface to other operators / entities and initiate Emergency Restoration Plan if and when required, Participation in network optimization efforts with Network planning and Configuration management teams and Interaction with other NOC and Operational teams in line with agreed processes and working practices.
