Role Deliverables;
-Recruitment and personnel filing system
-Contract management
-Induction packs - to be kept up to date
-Financial spreadsheets
-Resource and financial management
Skills/ Experience Required;
Mandatory: Must have had experience of running an office or group from an administrative perspective
Mandatory: Minute taking and report writing abilities
Mandatory: Good interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with and presenting to staff at all levels, in particular Senior Management.
Mandatory: Excellent organisational skills
Good IT skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Team Player
Ability to keep financial spreadsheets
Commercial understanding
Mandatory: To have experience in working for Government or within a secure environment
Mandatory: Security clearance.
