IP Transport Sales Manager - Nairobi.
My client, a major multinational Telco, urgently requires a Solutions Sales Manager based in Kenya to proactively promote IP Transport business solutions and develop sales opportunities & services to a number of mobile and fixed operator customer’s. The role will focus on identifying and qualifying sales opportunities and customer requirements, defining IP Transport solutions in conjunction with technical staff and offering sales service support. Candidates must have excellent IP Transport sales experience within a Telco environment and must originate from a vendor or consultancy background. Experience of business planning, integrated solution selling and sales closure focused on the Telco area is also essential. Familiarity with IP, DWDM, NGM, MW, and CE products will be a distinct advantage, experience of IP and DWDM is vital.
My client is a western based multinational and one long established in Africa. The ideal candidate will also need to be realistic about living and working in Nairobi as this is a popular location with those who have actually travelled and worked in what has long been one of the most stable countries in Africa.
