Senior Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer role entails:
•Involvement at every phase of the product lifecycle from requirement to design and integration
•Strategic and tactical identification and implementation of providing solutions
•Building credibility and professional authority and exhibit exceptional influencing and motivational skills
•Thorough communication at Board and Senior Management levels within new and old clients
•Responsibility for significant systems design decisions and sub-system level
•Carry out SDA responsibilities
•Lead Prototyping and development activities
•Define and deliver ATM projects and solutions
Previous knowledge and experience for candidates applying for the role of Senior Systems Engineer will preferably include:
•Being fully grounded in all aspects of System Design activities and disciplines
•Managing schedules and resourcing
•Experience in Hardware, Software and Mechanical Engineering
•Enterprise Architectures and “Systems of Systems Design”
•Extensive experience with systems engineering, design certification and a senior engineering role
•Experience of Radar Systems
•Experience with large scale Network Systems
•Experience of Air Traffic Systems
Candidates should have Qualifications and Skills consisting of:
•UK Security Clearance
•Education to a degree level
•Extensive experience with systems engineering, design certification and a senior engineering role
•Flight Data Processing
•MODAF/ DoDAF
•Air Traffic Management Domain expertise
•DOORS and Matlab/ Simulink
