Our client is the market leader in the provision of sophisticated bio-decontamination equipment and services based on hydrogen peroxide vapour technology. Their technologies are used in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory, biomedical and defence applications.
With business growing rapidly in the UK, Europe, North America and in the Far East they wish to accelerate this by appointing an ambitious individual to join the senior management team. The successful candidate will assist with the commercial and technical development of the client's products and service solutions for the life sciences sector.
The Technical Business Development Director will interact closely with clients, project managing product launches, setting up and managing sales teams, distributors and dealerships.
Ideal candidates for the Technical Business Development role will be degree qualified (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering with proven experience in the life sciences or another FDA/ MHRA regulated sector.
Candidates must:
+ Have sales and marketing experience
+ Be enthusiastic, driven and professional
+ Have a strong technical background
+ Have experience of developing strong sales relationships
+ Be an excellent communicator.
This is a very exciting role which will enable international travel and excellent future prospects for the successful candidate. As the business grows, you will see a direct return through share options available.
