The Background
This leading technology-outsourcing organisation with a 30-year history in providing exceptional solutions to their client base is currently seeking to recruit a skilled professional to deliver an unrivalled HR & Payroll Systems implementation service to their client base.
The Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Project Team Manager, you will offer Payroll Systems implementation solutions to a large client base, which consists of some of the most reputable organisations in the country. Working with the client, you will over see and co-ordinate the structured implementation across the business ensuring that the client is fully briefed during this phase. You will help the client to realise how the system best benefits the business directly and help to maintain that maximum benefit of the system is understood post implementation. You will work with the client on customisation requirements, ensuring that the client is satisfied that they have a system that best works for their business. You will work with senior management and departmental leaders to ensure that they can deliver sufficient end user training across the business.
The Professional
The successful candidate will be an experienced HR or Payroll systems implementation professional with the skills to cope with client facing transformation change projects. You will have a passion for client facing system issues and have the skills and experience to advise on implementation processes and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly motivated with the adaptability to meet different working cultures and have excellent customer service skills, you will have had exposure to varying HR Information Systems related projects.
