3rd Line Server Support Engineer – MCSE, Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange, Essex 38k
My client is an IT Solutions provider is currently looking to recruit 3RD Line Server Support Engineer to join the team based in Essex.
You will be responsible for providing 3rd line support to external clients within agreed SLA's. You will act as a point of escalation for queries taken from the 1st and 2nd line support teams.
To be considered you must have 3rd line experience with the following technologies:
- Windows Server 2000/ 2003/ 2007
- Exchange 2000/ 2003/ 2007
- Active Directory
- TCP/ IP, DHCP, DNS
- MSCE however this is not essential
