A brand new opportunity has been created within an award winning IT Solutions provider based in Manchester. My client is looking for a Helpdesk Supervisor / Team Leader to manage a team of five 1st and 2nd line support analysts.
The role will involve mentoring members of the team, prioritising their work load, motivating and supervising, ensuring the helpdesk meets SLA's and service agreements, and provide technical support expertise as and when necessary.
This role will involve some customer facing responsibilities, so we are ideally looking for a presentable individual with good communication skills.
Ideally you will have good knowledge of Microsoft systems, and perhaps be familiar with other areas of IT such as Novell, Citrix, Cisco etc etc.
Primarily we need a hardworking and enthusiastic individual to ensure the smooth running of the helpdesk.
