My client are a top tier European investment bank urgently seeking strong developers to join a team in their Risk IT team. The team develop risk management systems for credit risk and market risk and develop high volume systems used for calculating millions of risk calculations daily.
They are looking to enhance and improve their risk management capability and are looking for developers to work on a number of new projects throughout the group. Systems development is carried out in Server side Java, with Web based front ends and an Oracle database.
Candidates should be proficient in Java based technolgies including major messaging software, frameworks and IDE's. You should also have good knowledge of database design and development preferably using Oracle. Banking experience is beneficial, though strong non-banking candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong academic histories are essential.
