Expanding electronics company seeks a Digital Synthesis Engineer with experience in some or all of the following: digital, IC, ASIC, FPGA, design, SoC, VHDL, synthesis, timing, static timing analysis, STA, P&R, place & route, DFT, design for test, constraints, layout, floorplanning, clock, check, scan insertion, formal verification, semiconductor.
Our client, a key player in the field of security and critical systems at national and international levels, is continually building its exceptional technical team and has an opportunity for a talented Digital Synthesis Engineer to join it's offices in the PACA region.
Working in the areas of wireless applications and multimedia, you will work closely with front end design and P&R team on the synthesis, timing analysis and formal verification of wireless SoCs at 65 nanometer (taking into account the power domains and clock domains), scan insertion and equivalence checking.
We are looking for an engineer with several years experience in synthesis using Synopsys Design Compiler. Expert skills in VHDL, physical synthesis and static timing analysis are required, and ideally with some knowledge of DFT and P&R concepts.
Excellent communication skills in English (and ideally French) are required, along with a positive attitude to problem solving and a passion for teamwork.
