We are looking for an experienced Configuration Manager to work within a service management environment. You will be accountable for the change, configuration and release management process and champion the continuous improvement of these processes. You will be expected to develop and maintain the configuartion management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing regular reports whilst adhering to change processes. You will have proven experience of IT Change, configuration and release management. As part of this you will be expected to manage stakeholders, ensuring that the impact of proposed changes are clearly communicated back to them. We are looking for somebody who is ITIL Certified and ideally be Prince2 Certfied. Please send your CV immediately for this urgent role.
