Our client is seeking an experience Project Manager for a Electronic Warfare project for a Middle East customer.
The project would mainly be delivered in southern Germany however some trips to the Mid East will be required.
The project is to be delivered with a Work Package contract therefore if you have experience with this form of contract that could help.
The need is urgent so a quick start could be organised.
Initial interview by phone and then followed by an in person meeting in Germany.
Required skills Required Areas of Application
Project Management / Electronic Warfare experience: 4-6+ yrs.
- Project Management of international Electronic Warfare Projects
- Support of Project Acquisitions
- Negotiation of Contracts
- Planning, Controlling, Execution of projects in time, on quality and in costs
- Responsible for Risk & Opportunity Management and Claim/ Waiver Management
- Leading of the project team
- Focal Point to the customer incl. presentations to the customer
- Degree in Electrical Enginnering, Information Technologies, Industrial Engineering
- Long-term experience in project management and leadership of project teams
- Project Managment Certification
- Experienced in Risk & Opportunity Management and Claim/ Waiver
Management
- Team-oriented working style
- Able to manage sub-contracts
- Special experience in Electronic Warfare / Electro Optics
- Negotiation-level in English required
- Willingness to travel abroad
- Customer oriented / Good knowledge in communications and networking
with foreign customers
Security clearance to UK SC and/ or NATO Secret would be ideal.
German language is not required as English is fine. Arabic could be a big advantage but not essential.
The rate would be pais in Euros and although work package would be based on €60 per hour so approx £48 per hour.
Initial contract would be 12 months with a 12 month renewal thereafter.
