Position: Field Sales Manager
Salary: £20k-£25k OTE £35k-£40k,
Benefits: Uncapped Commission, Laptop, Printer, Broadband, Mobile Phone, Fuel expenses, and other Business expenses
Company Profile:
My client are a large Manufacturer & Distributor in power supplies,
Established in 2000 the company is relatively young in the industry, but is backed by over 40 years experience and knowledge to cater for almost any demand, who are vastly growing and this year alone are anticipating a £1.5 million growth in gross profit.
Role:
The position carries a high degree of responsibility in achieving the company's set budgets & plans. Mainly working from home, visiting
customers whenever necessary UK wide, and to develop & maintain customer growth
required and maximising the medium and long term sales & profitability goals.
Duties will include:
1. Generate Leads to target and be able to communicate on engineering, commercial and management levels. Whilst identifying new opportunities for increased sales & profitability.
2. To assist in developing annual sales budgets.
3. To assist in Promotional activities in terms of advertising, sales literature, press releases, exhibitions and other activities as necessary.
4. To enhance the company's reputation for cost effective, high quality & reliable products.
