Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst - West Yorkshire.

One of our large clients currently requires the services of two Service Desk Analyst / Helpdesk Analyst's to be based in West Yorkshire on initial 3 month contracts.

The successful candidates will have an excellent customer service skills and communicate in a clear and accurate manner. The successful applicants will be working within a dynamic team environment on a variety of systems, therefore you will be a great team player and show a knowledge of various systems including Windows XP and Lotus Notes.
