Project Manager – Business Change
My client is regarded as a UK market leader and are part of one of the UKs most successful retail groups. Due to continued growth they now require a Programme Manager to join their new Business Change division.
The Business Change division will house a number of Project Managers who will be responsible for delivering the following:
•Behavioural Change
•Business Transformation
•Business Process Reengineering
•Business Process Improvements
•Cultural Change
•Organisational Change
•Technical / System Change
As a Business Change Programme Manager you will be responsible for the management of individual budgets, managing various project teams and managing the full project lifecycle. The suitable candidate will have the following profile:
•Proven experience of leading Business Change Projects.
•Proven experience within the logistics industry
•Proven experience of Programme Management
•Proven experience of structured methodologies such as APM, Prince 2, Six Sigma
•Proven experience of business transformation & BPR.
