Risk Management Engineer - required for this leading defence organisation based in South Wales to co-ordinate and facilitate the risk management process across the business
Key responsibility areas:
To assist in the tailoring and application of a generic risk management process using the PREDICT toolset to individual projects. To proactively deploy Risk Management within the organisation by:
Facilitating the identification of project, product and business risks through brainstorming sessions, interviews, etc; Analysing risk data using a standard toolset and generate reports on behalf of projects/ product teams, functions, business & customer; Assisting in the generation of Risk Mitigation
Actions and Contingency Plans; Generating the risk and opportunity management elements for inclusion in contract review data packs; Coaching and developing awareness in the risk management process. To champion the process of Risk Management within the organisation. To contribute to the continuous improvement of Risk Management in team. Supporting the management of Predict software tool.
Skills and Experience
Desirable: 5 years experience in Risk Management; Experience in Business Continuity Management; Experience in a manufacturing/ operations environment.
