This is a new vacancy for a Digital IC Design Engineer to join our client based in a picturesque region of southern France. Suitable skills: Digital, IC, ASIC, FPGA, SoC, IC, Verification, front end, RTL, VHDL, Verilog, microelectronics, SystemC, synthesis, backend, design for test, DFT, communications, wireless, semiconductor.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Digital IC Design Engineer to join a company offering a unique range of services to the telecommunications, defence, energy and security markets.
As part of their recent development in the Riviera region, our client is looking to recruit a Digital IC Designer to be responsible for the development of digital features for wireless and multimedia applications. Working closely with the software development team and system architects, you will participate in the evaluation, testing and qualification of integrated circuits.
We are looking for a degree-qualified engineer, ideally in Electronic Engineering or similar, with several years experience in the field of Digital IC Design for complex systems (microcontrollers and embedded software). You will be an expert in VHDL / Verilog and have a good knowledge of the full digital design flow ideally with some experience in Design for Test. Experience in wireless communication systems would also be a bonus.
