We are now seeking Safety Specialists to provide fit for purpose radiological or criticality support to a variety of plants and processes to agreed standards of time, quality and cost. Your duties will include optioneering and fault identification, preparation of safety cases for new and existing plant, advising designers regarding new plant and modifications to existing plant. You will also provide operational support and advice to plant operators and management, advise customers regarding compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and standards and use computer calculational techniques.

Ideally degree qualified within an engineering/ science discipline you will have experience in criticality or radiological assessment including the preparation of safety cases for facilities on nuclear licensed sites. A major component of this role will involve working as part of multi-disciplined teams and will require good written and verbal communications skills.
