To succeed in the role of Senior Web Analytics Consultant you must be highly numerate, thorough, inquisitive, innovative, have excellent problem solving skills, be solutions oriented whilst maintaining an eye for detail, have a passion for web analytics and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. Candidates able to demonstrate experience with Data Mining will have a distinct advantage. Responsibilities include Strategic planning for the use of Web Analytics data, Working with a variety of web analytics tools (including Omniture SiteCatalyst/ HBX/ Discover, DiscoverOnPremise/ Visual Sciences , WebTrends, Google Analytics, Coremetrics, Nedstat and Speed Trap), Creating clear presentations which highlight the impact of the customer experience, Presenting analysis findings and recommendations to clients' in face-to-face meetings. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years experience with web analytics tools ideally with client facing experience, proven track record of successfully self managing and working against multiple deadlines across a range of different projects types, Strong interpersonal skills and good project management skills.
