Data Analyst, Capacity/ Operational Data, MI, Banking, London - My client is a top tier Investment Bank and their Capacity and Operational Data team are responsible for the development of tools, processes and solutions that provide operational data, capacity metrics and MI to the Support teams. The candidate sought will analyse requirements and system and operational data reporting enhancement requests. The main duties being, requirements capture and analysis, design of solutions and processes, liaising with stakeholders - incl. Development teams and IT production areas, and also providing 3rd line support to operational teams. Some technical skills in scripting/ web/ C/ C++/ C# would be highly advantageous.
