My client is one of the largest financial institutions in the world and one of few who have not been hit by the recent downturn in the market. They are currently looking for an experienced Disaster Recovery Manager, to lead and ensure the enterprise disaster recovery plan is developed, implemented and operational. You will have come from a similar role, leading a team involved in assessing mitigating enterprise risks to information systems. You will have exceptional technical and professional skills in disaster recovery planning for a large, multi-platform organisation. Technical skills such as Unix, Linux, Windows, Active Directory and Security Concepts are essential for this role. Some exposure or understanding of Agile environments or as a scrum master would be beneficial. Also, knowledge of LDRPS version 10 is required. You must have excellent business facing skills and be able to manage multiple projects, resources and schedules. The ability to effectively report to senior management and external and internal auditors is required.
