Application Support Manager – Service Management – Banking – London – up to £52K + £5K car + excellent benefits
My client is a leading investment banking organisation, enjoying rapid expansion despite the current overall trends in the financial sphere. As Application Support Manager, you'll be responsible for the delivery of core business applications, managing a team of 2nd line application support specialists. Your role will entail service delivery management to meet SLAs, and management of the resolution of problems affecting the live service. You'll also be responsible for service improvement, using an ITIL framework to champion best practice and drive change projects forward.
You'll be an experienced applications support manager or service manager with extensive applications support experience. You'll have a firm grounding in IT Service Delivery within a high-pressure banking environment, with proven management skills and knowledge of front to back office financial systems. You'll have ITIL certification and will have the interpersonal skills to hit the ground running and get the best results from your team.
