Disaster Recovery Manager - DR/ BCP - Unix - Windows. You looking for an opportunity to work for a FTSE50 Financial Institution that are currently reporting a huge profit? My client are looking for a Disaster Recovery Manager who will be responsible for assessing and mitigating risks to enterprise risks to information systems, deciding on disaster recovery requirements, provide cost analyses on investments in controls to mitigate risks, coordinate the development of these plans and also prepare, and execution of testing the plans. You will lead the development of the IT disaster recovery plan, will develop and maintain strong customer relationships, manage the ongoing communication of the project and also provide direction on the disaster recovery initiatives. For this role you must have a proven background of strong leadership through oral and written communication and also have exceptional experience in the IT arena within Disaster Recovery Planning for a large, Multi Platform organisation. Looking at a candidate who has strong knowledge of current enterprise-level disaster recovery planning techniques and technologies. Looking at a candidate who has strong leadership skills and work in complex environments. The technical skills required for this role are having strong Unix and MS Windows and having LDRPS v10 would be a distinct advantage.
