An exhilarating opportunity has arisen in the Dubai office for a Principle Architect/ Senior Architect, the successful candidate will have the chance to work on large projects and manage a team.
<b><u>Who They are Looking for?</ b></ u>
The Principle Architect / Senior Architect will be able to demonstrate an impressive background within a consultancy environment.
You will ideally have B.Arch Degree in Architecture and membership of a professional association such as RIBA or AIA.
You will have management experience and the ability to manage and mentor a team of 10 people.
The ability to have a strong client relationship and financially manage a project.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of large scale projects and wish to work in the UAE and particularly Dubai.
<b><u>The Role of the Principle Architect / Senior Architect</ b></ u>
The Principle Architect will be responsible for running and managing a team, will have the capability to work on different projects such as Retail, Hotels and Museums.
You will be building strong client relationships and have previous experience of working in a management role, with at least 10 years experience in the Architecture industry.
You will be proposing improved solutions to reduce project costs, architectural quality will be principle as you will be interpreting building design on all given projects within Dubai.
