<b>Senior/ Associate CDM Co-ordinator/ Health and Safety Consultant - Surrey</ b>
This award winning professional management company, working in the property and construction sector are currently looking for a Senior CDM Co-ordinator/ Health and Safety consultant to head up the Health and Safety services team from their head office in Croydon, Surrey. This is a senior position with a view to becoming an Associate level role.
This is a unique role within this Surrey based management consultancy and you will be responsible for offering both internal and external health and Safety consultancy services. As an experienced senior CDM Co-ordinator/ Health & Safety Consultant you will be responsible for monitoring and keeping abreast of all CDM developments within a team of several CDM Co-ordinators based across the UK. You will be required to ensure all CDM Co-ordinators and the design team are kept up to date on all CDM regulations and the proposed forthcoming changes and will ensure that all relevant personnel and fully aware of the implications of the CDM regulations.
Using your experience and knowledge as a Senior CDM Co-ordinator/ Health & Safety Consultant you will be able to ensure that the team are working to full potential across a wide range of demanding projects and will be reporting all CDM requirements and information back to the Directors.
You will also be required to head up the Health and Safety internally for a total staff of around 1000 and will be responsible for ensuring that all on site staff and fully conversant and knowledgeable on Health and Safety legislation within the construction and engineering industry.

You will be fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of Health and Safety within the construction and engineering industry and will hold the relevant memberships – CMIOSH, RMaPS and the relevant industry qualifications.
The successful candidate will be based around the Surrey area or within commutable distance.

The successful candidate for this Surrey based consultancy can expect to receive a Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 dependent on experience and a fantastic benefits package.
