•Customisation fixes and changes within Oracle eBusiness modules
•Incident handling and management for Oracle eBusiness modules
•Problem handling and management for Oracle eBusiness modules
•Change handling and management for Oracle eBusiness modules
•Oracle eBusiness information for Application Management operational and contractual reports
Essential Criteria
•Experience in some or all of the following modules within Oracle eBusiness
oAccount Payables
oAccount Receivables
oPurchasing
oiProcurement
oGeneral Ledger
oCash Management
oiExpenses
oGrants
oInventory Management
oSystem Administration
•Experience of production support of financial applications
•Experience of supporting applications in an enterprise scale oracle environment
•Experience of management and support of Oracle Database environments, Applications, Application Updates
