Our client is currently undertaking the world’s largest HR outsourcing deal which is involves a wholesale organisational change programme and process / systems transformation across all geographies. As the transition of the countries into the new outsourcing model is being completed the focus will shift to managing and controlling changes to the outsourced scope, processes and systems. To further accommodate this shift a new change control framework has just been deployed globally. Core remit will be to manage change requests / processes/ activities within HR working together with regional / global stakeholders and the outsourced service provider.
It is essential you have change management experience within a large or global organisation ideally encompassing most of the above remit. You must be confident presenting to board level, have strong management / leadership experience and have the skills to influence at senior level.
Salary is upto £55k + £7,200 car allowance + excellent bonus/ benefits.
The role will initially be based in their walton on Thames, Surrey office but then relocate permanently to Leatherhead, Surrey later in the year.
