Service Delivery Manager; Berkshire; Slough; required to join a leading systems integrator and managed service provider, this role will see you responsible for a range a clients, you will take the lead in strategic and operational delivery of managed services. You will be responsible for defining and and reporting service levels, engaging with senior customers, providing service improvement plans, revenue / margin growth initiatives, issue resolution, risk identification (technical and commercial) and pre-sales support (solution scoping, service design and transition planning) for new contracts are other key aspects of the role.
