This position will be working in the AS/ 400 Support and Maintenance Team working on work requests of less than 5 days and day to day support. There will be a requirement for out of hours emergency support. You will have a proven track record in an AS/ 400 development environment & experience of the full IT systems development life cycle, with specific experience in systems analysis, systems specification, User Acceptance Testing & implementation. You will have a very strong knowledge & solid experience in most of the following: RPG/ 400, RPG/ ILE, OS/ 400, CL, DB2/ 400, MS/ SQL, TCP/ IP, FTP & MS Office. Although your technical skills are key, you must also enjoy operating in a highly disciplined environment & have the ability to work on multiple varied projects concurrently. You must have a good sense of humour, be sociable & embrace change & challenge.
