Experience – experience of sales support within a manufacturing environment and knowledge of export documentation and letters of credit.
The Role.
To provide support to Sales Managers principally and also the General Manager; through timely and accurate processing of enquires, quotes and order information. To be the primary contact with the customer for any account support activity and share the vision of achieving £20M on turnover for the region. Key Duties and Responsibilities: -Production of quotes -Communication with external customers / Agents/ Sales Managers/ Project Manager -Support to General Manager, Agents, Sales Managers, Project Manager. -Production of any information required for leasing or other similar financing -Liaising with order administration as a result of customer queries -Ensuring completeness of order information from both customers, sales personnel/ Agents and Project Manager for submission to the order administration team -Administration of enquires within portal.
Performance standards: -Achieve high standards of response to enquires, quotes and order information. Aim to fully support salesmen so that they do not absorb their time with this activity. -Aim to achieve zero rejection rate in terms of orders submitted to the order administration team -Be positive and flexible -Maintain commercial confidentiality in all discussions and activities
The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate experience of handling export documentation and letters of credit.
