Your Role: Senior Transition Manager supports the pursuit of new business through crafting transition and transformation plans as part of the proposal and projecting strong project management competency. The key focus of the role holder is to co-ordinate and facilitate the transfer of service ownership from the incumbent provider to the Service Delivery team(s) in countries and/ or to Shared Services offering unit(s). He/ she takes responsibility and accountability for delivering all elements of a series of projects - associated with service transition - to the required timescale, quality and budget. Ensure that new business is successfully transitioned and handed over to live service delivery
Your Experience: Relevant degree and qualification - eg PMI, Prince2 and ITIL.
A proven track record in delivering successful large scale programs to required KPI's in the role of Transition Manager, with demonstrable experience in Document, Content, Workflow and Business Process Management.
Significant service delivery management, solution architecting and/ or transition management experience in complex technology based outsource business.
Significant change management experience, within organisations transfering to outsourced solutions, from a management consultancy perspective.
Location: London/ South East based - client sites, with UK travel.
Salary: Excellent/ To reflect experience.
