Define / amend the process flows and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned to the Business Operating Model
Provide input into these based upon best practice experience
Obtain sign off of processes and procedures with relevant stakeholders
Document the agreed processes in accordance with the defined standards, review and obtain agreement to these process definitions



Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour
Business Knowledge Academic level (“HBO werk en denk niveau”),
Minimum 3 Years experience in process analysis or process management.
Previous experience with process design, mapping and process tools.
Over 2 years of banking experience, preferably both in Treasury and Transaction Banking
Experience within the operations organisation is a pre.
Technical Skills / Hard skills
Excellent organisational skills.
Excellent prioritising skills.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing) at all levels.
Behavioural characteristics / Soft skills Relationship Building and Management – Excellent
