Network Consultant required to work onsite in Cheltenham. (The successful candidate must hold current High Level DV security clearance before commencing work on this assignment). The Network Consultant is responsible for production of network design documents relating to the building of the desktop server systems. Production of a written impact assessment which describes the changes needed and reasons for the change upon the customer networks to meet the needs of the desktop transformation project. The idea candidate will have a specialist understanding of CISCO based networks including experience of high complexity, high performance and high security networks. Experienced in performance modelling and data collection techniques you will be required to analyse networks to derive the impact of change upon complex networks. You will be familiar with various design methodologies including production of requirements, design and test documents with experience in CISCO Quality of Service technologies as applied to WAN ATM based links preferred. Knowledge of CESG encryption devices would be an advantage.
