In addition you will require a thorough understanding of the current and next-gen 3D technologies and principles and years of hands-on experience with the "tools of the trade" - C++, Visual Studio, OO-design (Object Orientated), Max etc.

C++ is obviously the core skill involved in this role as the game is developed in this language. 4 years C++ is a minimum req for this role.

In a reasonably short space of time, once integrated with the team, you will assume responsibility and lead the team.
