Network Specialist Cisco Exchange London £45k
Network Specialist Cisco Routers / Switches MS Exchange. My client, a market leader in their field is now looking for a Network Specialist to join their rapidly expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have had proven experience with Cisco routers / switches with in depth experience in firewall management (checkpoint, pix etc), Configuration and Management of DNS as well as management of VPN's including remote access. You will also have had previous experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) Strategy and ideally have virtualisation experience in VMware. We are also looking for someone with experience in Microsoft Exchange (Server 2003-2007) with knowledge of SQL.
It would also be highly advantageous, however not essential if you have had previous knowledge with storage and backup solutions, VOIP, Call Manager and Wirelss LAN's.
The role will involve leading current key projects like the DR strategy, VoIP, upgrading network infrastructure as well as the Exchange upgrade (2003-2007). You will manage a global network with several remote offices, provide proactive support to reduce potential problems by making recommendations and implementing them as well as ensuring all existing policies and procedures are kept up to date and new procedures created if necessary.
