Leading Investment Bank requires a Cash Equities, Change Management Business Analyst with proven Operating Model Equity Operations to work within Change Management to lead a particular Operation project as part of an Equity integration and investment project. Therefore acting as a Senior Business Analyst you will join the team responsible for the delivery of the target Operating Model working with the Global Head of Equity Operations. The main responsibilities will include documenting the target Operating Model and organisational models, planning transitions to the new model including identifying dependencies and timings, planning and delivering logistics to enable the new model which will include working with both the technology and the business. Indentify and co-ordinating cross training needs, identify effective communication with stakeholders of transitions and creating presentations to deliver this communication to define and deliver efficient solutions. Proven knowledge of Cash Equities Cash Equities, Stock Loan, Prime Brokerage, Equity Derivatives and successful Global Derivatives Operations Model including how various business functions and locations interact.
