My client provides electronic radio equipment to a wide range of industries including the mod, the British fire service, and all major airlines. Your responsibility will be to maximise production and ensure smooth operations at all times working closely with the directors of the company you will be strategically planning the company's future.

THE ROLE (will include;-)
+ Working closely with the MD regarding expansion planning
+ Solving service problems and maximising delivery times
+ Management of service engineers and bench technician
+ Training and development of all staff

THE PERSON (must have;-)
+ A background in the Radio industry,
+ A good management background
+ Ambitions for senior management levels and growth of companies
