Our major Investment Banking client are looking for a Senior Billing Operations Analyst to join their Global Billing team who are responsible overall for ensuring that IT costs are correctly recharged to the customers, and to report and record IT costs to management.
You will be responsible for: accurate and timely preparation of monthly upload of IT charges, ensuring that the systems are in place for all consumption charges to be correctly allocated to overseas areas, ensuring all inter-company charging within the system is agreed, reconciled and understood, you will be first point of contact in providing technical and quantative support to external and internal customers, and local and overseas finance contacts. You will also be responsible for liaising with customers regarding any changes to their bills or charging structure, providing assistance and support to the IT relationship managers and business finance counterparts regarding any queries on the customer bills, and assisting in the production and upload of accounting journals.
Essentially, you will have strong Excel skills with experience of manipulating large amounts of data in Excel, experience of working in a complex organisation and 3-4 years of work experience within Billing
