Sales Support Electronics Engineer

Experience - experience of electronics design, specification, integration and validation gained within a Tier 1 supplier to the German Automotive Industry.
The Role.
Operating out of a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Midlands we are now looking for an Electronics Engineer with outstanding customer interface skills to support the commercial function across Europe.
Your principle responsibility will be to support the business development managers during pre-bid and development phases of new projects by liaising with major automotive OEMs on new projects to understand their electrical interface and specification requirements.
You will work with internal or sub- contract electronics and software engineers / companies to ensure the timely introduction of new projects that achieve customer requirements, budget and timing.
The role calls for an individual who can operate autonomously and is also a strong team player who is comfortable in a customer facing environment and who possesses a consultative approach.
Degree qualified, the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of electronics design, specification, integration and validation gained within a Tier 1 supplier to the German Automotive Industry.
Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is a prerequisite.

Management profile and high degree of personal integrity and confidence.
Ability to make quick decisions based on experience and analysis as well as advice from other people.
Ability to get on with other people.
To be concise in written and verbal communication
Ability to build and develop customer relationships.
