You must have good skills in EJB, JSP, Servlets and Websphere or Weblogic with full lifecycle experience and be highly technical. Good communication skills, understanding of process and methods and a committment to design, build and deployment excellence also important. Ideally you must have worked with blue-chip clients on enterprise projects. Any experience of Spring, Hibernate or Struts a bonus but training will be provided.
