Signal Processing / DSP algorithms engineer position for Cambridge company working on wireless comms technologies. Candidates will have experience or PhD in DSP Algorithm MAC, RLC , 3GPP, WiMax and WiFi including MIMO, OFDM, WCDMA, FEC technologies. C & Matlab Skills also required.
A DSP Algorithms position has arisen for my Cambridge based client, on their wireless communication team concerned with system definition, implementation (DSP, VHDL, RF) and support.
The successful candidates will be involved in defining specifications and algorithms for wireless systems based on OFDM / SC-FDMA for the development of 3GPP LTE.
Candidates with a mix the following skills will be considered:
University degree in telecommunications engineering or digital signal processing
Understanding of digital communication protocols (MAC, RLC)
Understanding of digital communication (MIMO, OFDM, WCDMA, FEC)
Preferably knowledge of wireless technologies (3GPP, WiMax, WiFi)
Basic programming knowledge (C, MATLAB)
