Business Analyst/ System Analyst - Surrey - £60k OTE
Business Analyst/ Systems Analyst with experience in Mobile Field Service Management (FSM) to work on consulting engagements for a company who believes in investing in its people.
Your typical activities will include applying your expertise in business process re-engineering; implementing change management; advising on Customer Relationship Management, Mobile Field Service or Supply Chain Management or supporting presales engagements with specific customers.
We are looking for applicants with the following skills:
. Educated to degree level or equivalent industry experience.
. Solid background in Consultancy and Information Technology
. In depth Business/ Systems Analysis experience - Knowledge of Mobile Field Service Management or Scheduling applications( Ideally one or more of ViryaNet, Dexterra, Sidewinder or Click)
. Proficiency in differing project methodologies (Waterfall, DSDM, etc.)
. Good written and verbal communication skills; good customer management and team motivation skills
. Experience of pre-sales - carrying out high level design, feasibility studies, proof of concepts etc
