My prestigious Central London client requires a talented Systems/ Infrastructure Engineer to join their expanding organisation on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of a broad range of Microsoft products including Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Server 2000/ 2003 and Exchange Server.
Demonstrable experience working within a Unix environment, displaying effective Linux knowledge is essential, whilst knowledge of data networks and database technologies will also be useful.
You will be expected to design, implement, support and maintain my client’s IS infrastructure in line with specific departmental strategy, ongoing projects plans and SLA’s. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to be a key part of a number of high-level projects my client is currently undertaking and will work closely with the customer base to ensure that their requirements are continually met through the provision of new and enhanced systems.
