User Services manager within an ITIL environment required by my client to provide supervision and management of IT user services teams on a 6 month contract.

You will have experience of developing and maintaining policies to ensure quality of service to users. Managing budgets and purchasing will also be an essential aspect of the role together with analysis of user needs which will be translated into strategic work plans.

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft , Linux, OSX is also required.
